Erik is a great realtor and a phenomenal person! Even in this tough market for sellers he was determined to to sell and get the best offer for us. A few buyers backed out but he stayed positive and encouraged us through the ups and downs. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home reach out to Erik. He’s honest and will go above and beyond for you. Looking forward to him finding our forever home!!!

Erik was super helpful and supportive through the whole process. Even with us being a motivated seller, he gave us extra attention and made everything as easy as possible. With the market turning, he went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our home.

I was bound and determined to sell by owner. Erik was politely and professionally persistent, but also genuinly helpful during the fsbo process. When we had to list because we left town, he was the one we chose, we are glad we did. Erik was consistently available, professional and personal. Bottom line. A hard worker! I don't think there was one time he didn't get back with me almost immediately. Erik was very honest when changes during the process needed to be made yet deferential to our needs and desires. My wife and I were VERY happy.
